Dana White makes Conor McGregor admission
UFC president Dana White has admitted the progression of the lightweight division centres around the outcome of Conor McGregor’s upcoming court case.
“Well let me put it this way: Ferguson isn’t going to be back until, probably October… if everything goes perfect for him after his surgery,” White said during an appearance on UFC Unfiltered when discussing what could be next for Khabib Nurmagomedov.
“Then you’ve got Alvarez-Poirier. We’ll see how this thing plays out legally for Conor.
“Conor has to show up in New York and handle his legal mess.”

Floyd Mayweather Jr has seemingly poured cold water on a potential fight in the UFC.
“I’m an old man now so you know, there’s no more fighting for Floyd Mayweather,” the 41-year-old told ABS-CBN when asked about a potential mixed martial arts fight.
He added: “I’m not thinking about fighting right now.
"As of right now, I'm touring around the world, doing different things, embracing my fans, getting love from all around the world, right now I'm just travelling.
"I don't know what the future holds, but as of right now, I'm retired."

Darren Till predicts next hometown fight
UFC welterweight contender Daren Till has predicted that his next fight on home soil after his upcoming bout with Stephen Thompson will take place at Liverpool’s Anfield stadium.
“It’s Anfield (next). Because when I beat him, I become the money fight in that division,” Till said during the first episode of his UFC Liverpool vlog. (Tyron) Woodley has to come to me.”

“So I would shout and call for Anfield like you’ve never seen. And I would make it happen. And Woodley would have to come to me.
“I’m telling you, mate. I’ve already manifested all of this. I’ve already done it in my head.”
