Dana White unsure of Conor McGregor's return date
UFC president Dana White has admitted he doesn't know when Conor McGregor will make his long-awaited return to the Octagon and that the promotion must wait to see what punishment the Irishman receives for his actions during the UFC 233 media day before planning his comeback fight.
McGregor, 29, was charged with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief after storming the Barclays Center in Brooklyn with his entourage and attacking a bus carrying a number of his fellow fighters.
When asked by TMZ if he had any idea when McGregor will return to the cage, White said: “We’ll see. We’ll see what happens.
“He’s got to be punished by the law first.”
