Conor McGregor's coach talks up 'insane' fight
Conor McGregor's striking coach Owen Roddy has claimed he wouldn't be surprised if ‘The Notorious’ ended up fighting Georges St-Pierre.
“That would be a big pay-per-view without a doubt. I still say that Conor brings most [of the PPV buys],” he told Submission Radio.
“Like, I think I saw something about Firas [Zahabi] putting up like ‘let’s see who takes the biggest pay-per-view draw’.
“I’d be confident in saying that Conor is the biggest pay-per-view draw between him and GSP, but it would be an insane fight, it would be a crazy fight, it would be huge.
“It would be probably the biggest fight that the UFC has thrown, and yeah, it would be great.”

Conor McGregor taunts explained by Max Holloway
UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway has claimed he's only taken aim at McGregor because his former opponent has fired several shots at him over the last few months.
“He’s been taking shots at me,” Holloway told MMAjunkie. “Go tell all his fans, tell the whole world that he’s been taking shots at me.
“Then the one time he throws an underhand pitch – that’s a juicy ball, that chicken thing – no one was going to take it up?

“You’re crazy if you think ‘Blessed’ is going to let that slide. Your boy is going to slide in and let you know.
“This guy’s been picking on me. It’s like the school ground when you’re at school. If you ever get bullied, when you get sick of it, you turn around and you punch the bully in the face, and they don’t say anything.
“That’s what happened. It’s all right. I could not let that slide. I was giving a chance to everyone. No one was doing it, so ‘Blessed’ was going in.”
