Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather 2: Paulie Malignaggi makes huge rematch claim
CONOR MCGREGOR's foray into the boxing world will live long in the memory.

Last August, the UFC's lightweight champion took on Floyd Mayweather Jr in a multi-million-pound bout, which was aptly dubbed 'The Money Fight'.
McGregor went into the contest with no professional boxing experience to his name, a fact which led many of the sport’s purists to write off his chances of landing a single punch on the historically-elusive Mayweather.
The Irishman proved the naysayers wrong by putting on an impressive display in the first four rounds of the much-maligned contest.
However, he was soon overcome by fatigue, which paved the way for Mayweather to register his 50th professional victory via a tenth round TKO.
Ever since that night at the T-Mobile Arena, speculation has been rife that the pair will rematch one another, with Mayweather dropping hints that he's willing to enter the mixed martial arts world.
However, the Michigan native quickly pulled a U-turn on a potential MMA bout with McGregor, saying: "I already beat Conor."
Many are of the belief that Mayweather's recent antics are an attempt to lure McGregor back into the boxing ring for another huge payday.
Conor McGregor: It was a good fight it was a bit of fun
He literally won the fight without barely training for the fight
Should the two trash talkers box again, McGregor's former sparring Paulie Malignaggi reckons Mayweather will defeat the Irishman with ease, claiming the Olympian saw off 'The Notorious' with next to no training.
"I don't know,” Malignaggi told Express Sport when discussing the possibility of the Mayweather vs McGregor 2.
“You never know if it's going to be a boxing match. It was pretty easy for Floyd.

“Floyd literally won the fight without training. I mean, he literally won the fight without barely training for the fight.
“When it's free money like that, you never know. People are stupid enough to by it.”
Although Malignaggi doesn’t know if McGregor will box Mayweather again, he’s confident his fellow pugilist won’t enter the Octagon.

He added: “He's definitely not going to fight him in the cage, though."
McGregor, 29, hasn't set foot inside the Octagon since his historic UFC 205 victory over Eddie Alvarez, a victory which saw him become the first fighter in the promotion's history to hold two titles simultaneously.
His first fight back in the promotion is expected to see him take on the winner of Tony Ferguson vs Khabib Nurmagomedov, who meet each other in the main event of UFC 223 on April 7.
