UFC president Dana White has claimed the only way we'll see a rematch between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather Jr come to fruition is if the Olympian enters the MMA world.
“Obviously, the only way making that fight again makes any sense is if he comes over to the Octagon,” White said during an appearance on UFC Tonight.
“We went over and boxed him, the UFC and Conor McGregor. And now it’s time for him to reciprocate and come fight in the Octagon.”
He added: “Floyd said leading up to the fight with Conor that he would do both. “So we’ll see what happens.”
Nate Diaz discusses his future
Nate Diaz has revealed he's eager to make his long-awaited return to the Octagon in the summer.
"I'd like a good two or three-month camp," Diaz told ESPN's Brett Okamoto when a discussing a possible summer return to the UFC.
"We'll figure it out. There's definitely going to be something. I'm trying to fight."

Dana White hits out at Tyron Woodley
White has dismissed UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley's claim that he was offered a fight with Diaz.
“[Woodley’s] full of s**t,” White said during an appearance on UFC Tonight.

“That fight was never made, you couldn’t be more wrong, he couldn’t be more full of s**t, and it’s absolutely not true.
"It’s so not true that our lawyer hit him up today and said he needs to stop saying these kind of things, because it’s absolutely not true.”
White then went on to claim that Diaz has turned down several fight offers during his lengthy hiatus from the Octagon.

“We've offered Nate Diaz five or six fights over the last several months and he's turned them all down,” he said.
“I’ve said many times that I don't see Nate Diaz fight. Will he fight this year? Maybe he'll come out and say he wants to fight eventually.
“But no. He's turned down every fight we've offered him.”
