Anderson Silva SLAMS Georges St-Pierre over comeback: Title fight is 'disrespectful'
ANDERSON SILVA claims he was expecting to fight Georges St-Pierre when he returned to UFC and is fuming about not being given the bout.
Anderson Silva says he should have been the first man to fight Georges St-Pierre
GSP has not fought since he beat Johny Hendricks in November 2013, after which he took an extended break from competition.
The Canadian confirmed his return on a four-fight contract earlier this year and Silva is frustrated that UFC boss Dana White failed to follow through on his promise to give him a 'super-fight'.
"I (trusted) him, but nothing happened," Silva told the MMA Hour.
“I don’t know what happened.
"Nothing happened.
"Georges St-Pierre is now back to fight for the belt.

"It’s terrible! This don’t make sense.
"I know it’s a f***ing business, but I’ve been working hard for a long time.”
St-Pierre will face Michael Bisping later this year for the UFC Middleweight Championship although the exact date for the bout is yet to be confirmed.
Georges St-Pierre and Michael Bisping could face off as soon as July
But even if GSP does win, he is expected to vacate the belt immediately and seek out another super-fight with a clash against Conor McGregor having been repeatedly mooted.
And former middleweight champion Silva believes the GSP v Bisping fight makes no sense and is holding up the division.
“In my mind, this is my personal opinion, this is disrespect for different fighters in the [middleweight] category," Silva added.
"This is disrespect for everybody.
"This is b*******.
"I don’t know what happened with White.”
