RAFAEL NADAL has lifted the lid on the secret to longevity in tennis.

Nadal, 32, and Roger Federer, 36, continue to strengthen their dominance in the sport which has lasted for well over a decade.
The pair have split the last six Grand Slam titles between them and they have amassed 36 major tournament wins combined over their glittering careers.
Nadal and Federer are the two favourites to win Wimbledon next month and they are almost 3,000 ATP points ahead of the nearest challenger in the world rankings.
And Nadal says the reason they have been able to enjoy so much success on tour is because of their love and passion for the game.
