That is according to former professional Nicolas Escude.
Federer has won almost every event on the tennis tour, and has racked up 97 titles during his glittering 20-year career.
The world No 2 went all the way to win the 1999 Brest challenger event.
And surprisingly, Federer claims to remember the French tournament.
Escude, who is now the director of the tournament, met with the Swiss ace in Melbourne recently.
And the Frenchman claims he and Federer discussed the event in detail.

He remembers all his matches
"It was far away. Now, Federer remembers it," he told Le Telegramme.
"As recently as the last Australian Open, he spoke to me again.
"When I told him that I was the director of the Brest tournament, he told me that he had won here.
"He remembers all his matches, he remembers everything, he has an incredible tennis culture."

Federer is taking a much-needed break from tennis at present.
The 36-year-old was recently knocked out of the Miami Open by 175th ranked Thanasi Kokkinakis.
Federer plans to return after the clay court season has ended.
