Roger Federer fans angry at ATP Finals schedule
They are used to watching Roger Federer play at the peak times each day and were caught off-guard on Thursday.
As Federer’s semi-final spot was already secured, tournament chiefs gave him a 2pm slot for his match with Marin Cilic.
The winner-takes-all clash between Alexander Zverev and Jack Sock, meanwhile, was scheduled for 8pm.
It left fans venting their fury on Twitter as they were denied a chance to see the 19-time Grand Slam champion in action.
And now the same thing has happened again. Ticket holders for Saturday were expecting to see Federer on in the evening session as the star attraction.
