Wimbledon: Djokovic forced to retire from match over injury
The Serb was a set and a break down when he pulled a forehand wide and walked to the net.
He put his racquet under his arm and walked straight to the chair on Court One.
He shook hands with the umpire before making his way towards Tomas Berdych to explain his injury problem.
It gifted Berdych a semi-final spot but he hardly knew how to celebrate - shrugging his shoulders to the crowd.
Djokovic revealed after the game he could miss SIX MONTHS with the injury.
And he said: "It's the elbow that already keeps bothering for over a year and a half.

"It's unfortunate that I had to finish Wimbledon, a Grand Slam, this way. I mean, if someone feels bad about it, it's me.
"But I tried. I tried what I could do from yesterday to get it in the condition where I'm able to play. I was able maybe, you know, for 30 minutes to play with some pain that was bearable, let's call it that way.
"All the treatments couldn't really help.
"The serve and forehand were the shots where I could feel it the most. Just after that there was really no sense."
