Conor McGregor hits out at UFC over stripped belt: I’m still the double champion
CONOR MCGREGOR has refused to accept UFC’s attempts to strip him of his featherweight title.

Conor McGregor became the first man in history to hold two UFC titles simultaneously when he beat Eddie Alvarez for the Lightweight Championship on November 12.
But UFC then announced that he had vacated the featherweight title due to inactivity - he has not fought in the division since beating Jose Aldo in December 2015.
“Don’t mind that - I’m still the two-weight world champ,” McGregor told Irish TV station RTE.

“They can try to say what they want.
“They can try to put out the people that I’ve already destroyed.
“The current champion [Aldo] is a guy I KO’d in 13 seconds.
“You ain’t doing nothing without contacting me first.
“I’m ready for anything.”
