Lakers told to trade for Beal
The Los Angeles Lakers must trade for Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal to help LeBron James, Stephen A Smith claims.
The Lakers have struggled with their shooting this season, with LA currently hitting 34 per cent of their three point shots.
And Smith has urged the Lakers to trade for Wizards shooting guard Beal to bolster their ranks.
He told ESPN: “You know who I think the Lakers should get on the phone with? The Washington Wizards.
“They should do everything in their power - apart from LeBron, [Kyle] Kuzma and [Josh] Hart - to get Bradley Beal.
“If you’ve got to trade Brandon Ingram to do it, then do it! If you have to take Otto Porter, do it.
“If you’re LeBron James, you have to have somebody to throw the ball to put it in the hole.
“Who has LeBron got?”
