LeBron James on Lakers debut
LeBron James claims the Los Angeles Lakers must improve ahead of the NBA season.
The Lakers lost 124-107 in their pre-season opener against the Denver Nuggets last night.
And James, who finished with nine points, three rebounds and three assists in 15 minutes of action, says the Lakers must improve - and fast.
When asked what the Lakers need to iron out defensively, James simply replied: “Everything, we’ve got to get better at everything.”

Anthony Davis update
Anthony Davis is odds on to leave the New Orleans Pelicans for the Lakers next summer.
The 25-year-old can become a free agent after this season, with the Lakers and the Boston Celtics tipped to land Davis.
And the bookies reckon Davis’ future no longer lies in New Orleans.
The Lakers are heavy favourites to sign Davis, priced at 10/19 with Bovada.
Klay Thompson to leave Golden State?
Klay Thompson must consider leaving the Golden State Warriors in free agency next summer, David Robinson claims.
“It’s definitely potentially their last year,” Robinson exclusively told Express Sport about the Lakers-linked guard.
“You cannot expect that. Keeping a team like that together is nearly impossible.
“Unless you’ve got guys that are willing to say ‘I’m just going to take half the salary that I can get somewhere else and I’m going to play with you guys just because I love y’all so much’.
“That doesn’t happen.
“Does Klay Thompson always want to be third or fourth fiddle. That’s a tough deal.
“I just think if they’re able to keep this team together past this year, that’s pretty impressive.
“It speaks to their culture, it speaks to what they’ve built there.”
