Masters 2017: Sergio Garcia pips Ryder Cup friend Justin Rose in dramatic Augusta play-off
SERGIO GARCIA has finally broken his Major duck to win the Masters at Augusta.
Sergio Garcia won the Masters at the 74th time of asking
Nothing separated Garcia and Rose as the 81st edition of the Masters went into a play-off.
Garcia had played 73 majors without breaking his duck, while Rose was looking to add a second Major to his CV.
Garcia had shown plenty of fighting spirit throughout the day.

Former Masters champion Jordan Spieth had a repeat of his nightmare last year when he found the drink at 12 and he bombed out at -1.
Speaking about his win, Garcia said: "I felt like this course was probably going to give me one major.
"That thought changed over the years as I started feeling uncomfortable on the course but I came to peace with it and accepted it."
