Continent hopping has taken its toll on Rory McIlroy
RORY McILROY pulled the plug on any future Far East head-to-head meetings with Tiger Woods after beating the world No1 over 18 holes in China yesterday.
McIlroy fired a six-under 67 to edge Woods by a stroke amid often chaotic crowd scenes at Mission Hills, but conceded afterwards the continent hopping in 2013 has taken its toll.
“Next year I’m done hopping around the world – I want to feel like I have a home,” said McIlroy.
