The Open 2012: Tiger Woods set to escape censure from R&A
TIGER WOODS is set to escape any punishment for swearing after a poor tee shot on the 11th hole during his second round at Lytham.
“I’ll have a look at that” said R&A chief executive Peter Dawson, who admitted:
“I’ve been known to swear on a golf course once or twice.”
Woods’ third place in the Open puts him back as world No2, replacing Rory McIlroy.
