Speaking about the move recently, Torreira said: “I would have been very happy to be able to return to Uruguay with my teammates, but this is a fantastic opportunity [to join Arsenal] and I do not want to waste it.”
As for Guendouzi, the 19-year-old has caught the eye while performing for Ligue 2 outfit Lorient.
The French U-20 star was chased by Tottenham in January.
