Sokratis Papastathopoulos: New Arsenal signing sends classy message to Borussia Dortmund
SOKRATIS PAPASTATHOPOULOS has sent a classy message to Borussia Dortmund fans after his move to Arsenal was confirmed.

After reaching an agreement several weeks ago, Arsenal finally announced the arrival of the Greece international on a long-term deal.
Sokratis spent five seasons at Dortmund scoring ten goals in 198 appearances and winning the German Cup in 2017.
And in a post on Instagram, the 30-year-old has thanked the club and its supporters.
He said: “Dear friends of Borussia Dortmund, I had the honour and pleasure of serving Borussia's Dortmund jersey for five seasons.
A new chapter starts in my career and Arsenal FC will be my new home now
“In many games, I was the captain of the team. Together we won 1 Cup and 2 Super Cup of Germany. We participated four times in the Champions League and one in the Europa League.
“As a player in Borussia Dortmund, I felt the greatness of this club. I connect with you, I became one with you, because you are special, exceptional fans all over the world and you never stopped supporting us even in the difficult moments.
“I always gave all my strength for you, because you deserve it. Now, it is time to separate from you.
“A new chapter starts in my career and Arsenal FC will be my new home now.
“I am leaving Borussia Dortmund for another legendary club, with millions of loyal fans all over the world, as also is Borussia.
“So, I say goodbye to you with the best memories. I wish the best to all of Borussia's friends and I hope the team will have every year honors and win titles.
“Thank you for everything, My thought will always be with you, Yours Sokratis.”
