Man Utd news: Romelu Lukaku offers support to Marcus Rashford - 'He can do everything'
ROMELU LUKAKU has vowed to help Marcus Rashford become the complete centre forward.
Rashford had a disappointing night for England against Belgium last Thursday, when he failed to take his side’s best chance to equalise.
But Manchester United team-mate Lukaku has no doubts about the 20 year old’s exciting talent.
The £75 million Belgian striker stated: “Marcus is basically my working partner at United. We do everything together and I try to help him as much as I can.
“He has a lot of qualities and for me he is maybe the most-complete No. 9. He can do everything.
“In the next two or three years you will see the best out of Marcus, because he can do everything a footballer needs to do.
“For me, I just try to help himin this process and hopefully, along the way, we can achieve great things together.”
Lukaku also confirmed that he had been suffering from a tweaked ankle ligament, which he sustained in Belgium’s 5-2 win against Tunisia.
But the 25 year old, who has already scored four goals in Russia, added that he would be fit for tomorrow night’s round of 16 match against Japan in Rostov-on-Don.
