CHELSEA legend Didier Drogba brilliantly mocked his former Blues team-mate Cesc Fabregas on live TV this morning.
Chelsea legend Didier Drogba mocks Cesc Fabregas
Drogba was making his punditry debut for BBC for the World Cup group C clash between France and Australia.
Fabregas worked as a pundit last night for the thrilling 3-3 draw between Spain and Portugal.
The Chelsea midfielder took some flak on social media for his choice of shirt, with many claiming he looked like an airplane pilot.
Presenter and former England striker Gary Lineker joked it was good of Fabregas to bring his World Cup winners’ medal from 2010, referring to the gold lapels on his shirt.
Well as long as I don’t get the comments that Cesc got yesterday
And today it was the turn of Drogba to give Fabregas some grief.
When introducing Drogba, BBC host Mark Chapman said: “Phil (Neville) asked you before the show if you were nervous?”
In which the Ivorian replied: “Well as long as I don’t get the comments that Cesc got yesterday, (it will be) good."
England women's manager Phil Neville added his part, saying Drogba was wearing “a better shirt.”
Whereas Chapman carried on the pilot jokes.
“You’re not looking like an airplane pilot,” he concluded.
