Nabil Fekir to Liverpool: Reds board make big transfer decision after Lyon collapse claims
NABIL FEKIR could yet join Liverpool despite reports suggesting the Reds were stalling on signing the Lyon star.
Nabil Fekir will transfer to Liverpool claims expert
Fekir wants to join Liverpool having already made his feelings on the matter known to Lyon chief Jean-Michel Aulas.
However, reports have claimed the transfer could be off with the Reds wary of the player’s knee problems.
It yesterday emerged Fekir had undergone a Liverpool medical in Paris while with the France national team.
Images have even leaked onto social media that appear to show the 24-year-old in a Reds shirt for the first time.
And, despite claims Liverpool are stalling, L’Equipe say the Merseyside giants are still confident of getting a deal done.
The report claims the Reds have sent Barry Hunter, their top scout, to Lyon to get a deal done.
They supposedly remain confident Fekir will sign despite reports to the contrary.
Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich have also been linked with a move for Jurgen Klopp’s target.
However, Liverpool still appear to be frontrunners in the race to secure his signature.

“I am happy to head back to my town,” he told FFF TV.
“To see my friends and family. I am delighted."
Fekir could feature for France when they face USA in Lyon tonight.
