They have also competed in the Champions League group stages for the past two seasons.
Celtic will once again have to qualify for the group stages of Europe’s elite club competition.
And Brown reckons manager Brendan Rodgers will get the funds he needs to bring in more players.

"We have to go again. It all starts again in four weeks,” he said.
“Some players will be going to play international games but the rest of us will chill and recharge the batteries.
"We will come back fitter and stronger and I am sure there will be a few additions for next season too."
Rodgers himself admitted he is already targeting new recruits for the summer.

"We can be better next year,” he said.
“We set out to win three trophies, but I need to push them even harder next year.
“There are improvements we can make. We'll go away, recover and come back with big motivation in the summer."
