The Liverpool and Chelsea stars have been heavily linked with moves to the Bernabeu in recent months.
And according to Spanish transfer outlet Don Balon, Real president Florentino Perez is desperate to land Salah and Hazard this summer.
They add that Perez has run the possible deals by Bernabeu talisman Ronaldo - and the Portugal international has approved the deals.
Don Balon say that Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema will likely leave Real at the end of the season, freeing up money to move for Salah and Hazard.
Salah, 25, has attracted Real’s interest after a stunning return to the Premier League this season.

The Egypt international has been vocal about his Reds future in recent weeks, with the ex-Chelsea ace revealing he’s happy at Anfield.
He said: “All that I can say is that I’m happy to be here and I’ve adapted to the prevailing atmosphere.
“I’m thinking to end the season in the perfect way.”
Chelsea star Hazard, meanwhile, was expected to join Real last summer.

However, the winger broke his ankle while on international duty with Belgium, ending any hope of a deal.
Don Balon also say that Zinedine Zidane has been pushing for Hazard’s signing for the last couple of seasons.
Real and Ronaldo are back in action on Saturday when Zidane’s side face Villarreal.
