Liverpool and the Gunners are already working hard on transfers for the summer.
And the two Premier League clubs are eyeing a move for Benfica winger Andrija Zivkovic.
That is according to O Jogo, who claim officials from both clubs were in attendance for Benfica’s 1-0 defeat to Porto on Sunday.
Manchester United, Everton, West Ham, Aston Villa, Swansea, Tottenham, Southampton and Leicester also had people there surveying the game.
Zivkovic, 21, only joined Benfica from Partizan Belgrade in the summer of 2016.

Scouts from across Europe are said to have watched Sunday's Benfica vs Porto clash
But he has emerged as a valuable player for the Lisbon side.
Zivkovic has scored three goals this season and played in five of Benfica’s Champions League group games.
The Serbia international was supposedly most closely watched by scouts from Arsenal.
The Gunners themselves are seeking to bolster their attack in the summer and have dropped their interested in Manchester United’s Anthony Martial.
Liverpool have already secured a deal for RB Leipzig’s Naby Keita but are also monitoring wingers across Europe in the hope of unearthing a gem.
O Jogo claim Everton are tracking Porto forward Moussa Marega, while West Ham watched Raul Jimenez.
Porto winger Ricardo was on Tottenham’s radar.
Scouts from across Europe, including Inter Milan, Juventus, Atletico Madrid, Marseille, Lyon, Montpellier, Braga and Valencia, were also supposedly there.
