Watford seek passing beauty
WATFORD manager Brendan Rodgers says a new pitch rather than a new striker would help him develop a passing game at Vicarage Road.
He said: “If you want to develop the football here you need the right tools to do that. It’s like a plumber going into work when he hasn’t the right tools in his bag.”
Watford were lucky to escape with a point after Tommy Smith cancelled out Jon Macken’s opener.
