MANCHESTER CITY players are reportedly doubting Pep Guardiola following their humiliating Champions League defeat to Liverpool.

Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino struck for the visitors a week after they had hammered City 3-0 at Anfield.
Guardiola was sent to the stands during the Liverpool match after losing his cool at half-time, venting his fury at the referee as the players trudged down the tunnel.
And the Daily Mail say City players are now beginning to doubt Guardiola.
It has been a difficult week for the Spaniard.

City were woeful for the majority of all three matches, the first half against United aside.
And the Daily Mail say doubts are beginning to creep in.
It is said they thought he made a huge mistake by leaving Raheem Sterling on the bench for the first leg against Liverpool.
That decision has been compared to when he went with Zlatan Ibrahimovic over Lionel Messi when in charge of Barcelona against Inter Milan in 2010.

City players are reportedly yet to be convinced by Guardiola’s insistence they must have the ball at all times.
And their morale supposedly crumbles when they are on the receiving end of a hiding.
City are primed to become Premier League champions.
But that may prove to be mere consolation for a club who, as recently as February, were targeting a quadruple.
