That is the opinion of ESPN FC pundit and former West Ham goalkeeper Shaka Hislop.
Both Liverpool and Arsenal have been linked with a move for Lemar in the last two transfer windows.
Arsenal had a bid of £90million accepted for the Frenchman on transfer deadline day last August but he rejected the Gunners.
Lemar was one of a number of players linked with Liverpool in January as a potential replacement for Philippe Coutinho, but Monaco once again were demanding a huge fee.

But Hislop reckons Lemar will be available for less come the end of this season after a slightly disappointing campaign in Ligue 1.
“Both Arsenal and Liverpool were interested last summer,” Hislop said.
“By all accounts Monaco quoted something in the region of £80m.
“It’s not been that good a season for Lemar. I expect that price to come down extensively.
