Chelsea news: Arturo Vidal deal could be struck… but there’s one condition
ANTONIO CONTE will reportedly be given permission to sign Bayern Munich star Arturo Vidal in the summer providing he stays at Chelsea.
Chelsea may look to sign Arturo Vidal at the end of the season
Vidal has been a long-running target for Manchester United.
However, recent reports have suggested that the Chilean has had a falling out with Alexis Sanchez which could put pay to his chances of a move to Old Trafford.
Vidal and Conte worked to good effect during their time at Juventus together, winning four Serie A titles.
And now according to Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb, Chelsea could sign the 30-year-old on one condition.
That would be on the proviso that Conte remains in west London.

If we go to war, I'd always want him with me
The report suggests that Vidal, who could look for a return to Italy, may be offloaded for a reasonable price.
Conte admitted at the end of the last year that Vidal would be the one player he would go to “war with”.
He said: “I must be honest, it's not right to talk about a player from another team - especially if you try to link this player with us.
