Arsenal news: Ian Wright makes shock claim about Arsene Wenger successor
IAN WRIGHT has made a shock claim about who should replace Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.
‘ENOUGH’ Piers Morgan launches epic rant at Arsene Wenger
Wenger’s days at the Emirates appear to be numbered.
After a 3-0 defeat in the Carabao Cup final to Manchester City at Wembley, the noises have been growing louder at Arsenal for the Frenchman to leave.
The Gunners have lost six out of 12 games so far in 2018, and with a top-four finish seemingly out of reach as well as a potential trophyless campaign to boot, the time may be ripe for the north London outfit to take a change in direction.
And Wright has surprisingly suggested Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino could be the right man to take over.

They are talking about Ancelotti, but they need to find the next one like Mauricio [Pochettino], who built his way up
Pochettino has been linked with the Real Madrid job should the club axe Zinedine Zidane.
But Wright wouldn’t mind seeing the Argentine switch across north London if the opportunity presented itself.
“The club need to start looking for somebody who is not old,” Wright told BBC Sport.
“They are talking about Ancelotti, but they need to find the next one like Mauricio [Pochettino], who built his way up.
Mauricio Pochettino could be the man for Arsenal claims Ian Wright
"Marco Silva stepped on his own ambition.
“Somebody like that is good and can build, have a philosophy and be enthused with drive; someone who can bring in a player that can see his philosophy through, like we are seeing at Manchester City.”
Arsenal will be looking to get revenge over City on Thursday (7.45pm).
