LEEDS UNITED new boy Pascal Struijk is determined to help the club to the Premier League.
Leeds United have signed Pascal Struijk from Ajax
The 18-year-old central defender has joined the Championship club on a three-and-a-half-year contract from Ajax.
He will initially link up with Leeds’ Under-23 team but intends to force his way into the senior side and help them to promotion.
Writing on Instagram, Struijk said: “I’m very happy to join Leeds United and I want to thank the club for the opportunity to join this beautiful club and to further develop myself as a player.
“I want to thank the fans who have already made me feel welcome.
“I will work hard to deserve a place in the first team and contribute to Leeds United’s ambitions to become a steady force in the Premier League.”

Struijk, who has represented the Netherlands at Under-17 level, was out of contract with Ajax at the end of the season.
Leeds have focused on bolstering their development squad since Andrea Radrizzani completed his takeover of the club last summer.
Finnish defender Aapo Halme, 17, joined from HJK Helsinki at the start of January for £500,000.
Leyton Orient were recently raided for 17-year-old striker Sam Dalby, who has been tipped for a bright future.
