Sanchez to Man Utd will not be free: Red Devils to pay Arsenal £10m plus Mkhitaryan
MANCHESTER UNITED will pay Arsenal £10million plus Henrikh Mkhitaryan to sign Alexis Sanchez.
'He'll go in six months anyway': Owen supports Sanchez move
Manchester United are set to sign Arsenal star Sanchez after leapfrogging the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea in the race for the player’s signature.
The Chile international’s contract at the Emirates expires in the summer and, in order to avoid losing him for free, Arsenal are ready to offload him this month.
Earlier today, it was claimed that Manchester United were trying to sign Sanchez by offering Mkhitaryan in a direct swap deal.
But the 29-year-old will move to Old Trafford for a fee of £10m, with Mkhitaryan moving to Arsenal in return.
However, a resolution to the saga is not done yet.

That comes after Mkhitaryan’s agent, Mino Raiola, stressed his client was key to the Sanchez transfer.
"Manchester United are not going to sign Sanchez unless Mkhi agrees to join Arsenal," Raiola told The Times.
"Mkhi is going to do what is best for him.
“He has two-and-a-half years left on his contract, so it's his decision."
Meanwhile, Sky Sports pundit Tony Gale claims Mourinho wants Sanchez at United because he is seeking the types of players he had at Chelsea.

“It’s the dynamic, he preferred those types of players when he was at Chelsea," Gale said.
“He’s just trying to get that around to Manchester United now.
“But it’s that pace that you do attack or do counter that’s so crucial.
“And, of course, he’s got that Barcelona-way in him that when he does lose the ball, he’s the first one to get back after it again.”
