Tottenham have emerged as contenders to sign Malcom as the transfer window opens today.
Manchester United are the other Premier League side gunning for his services, while a number of Italian clubs are supposedly keen.
But Transfermarketweb claim Spurs have already made an approach for the winger.
According to the report, Spurs have offered £31m (€35m) for the player’s signature.
But that figure is way below Bordeaux’s valuation of their star man.
Transfermarketweb claim the Ligue 1 side are hoping to earn £53m (€60m) from Malcom’s sale.
Malcom, 20, joined Bordeaux from Corinthians in 2016 and has impressed during his two seasons in the French top flight.
United boss Jose Mourinho is supposedly a fan and valued him at £40m.

Jose Mourinho could look to shuffle his squad around this month, with the futures of Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Anthony Martial in question.
Spurs themselves are gunning for a top-four finish this season and Malcom would be available for their Champions League last-16 clash with Juventus, as he is not cup tied for European competition.
