Joe Gomez lines up on the right hand side of defence, while Alberto Moreno will provide overlapping width on the opposite flank.
Dejan Lovren is partnered by Ragnar Klavan at centre-back, with Emre Can and Georginio Wijnaldum reverting to midfield roles after Saturday’s win over Brighton.
