FC Barcelona: Philippe Coutinho has agreement to leave Liverpool if this offer comes in
PHILIPPE COUTINHO has an agreement with the Liverpool board to be sold if Barcelona come in with a certain price.

The South American continent - Luis Suarez, Paulinho, Lionel Messi and Javier Mascherano - are desperate for Coutinho to join them at the Nou Camp.
PSG are also in the hunt for Coutinho but after splashing out on Neymar and Kylian Mbappe they are not in a position to compete until they sell.
Coutinho also has his heart set on Barca.
