With the visitors in cruise control, a ball boy appeared to get annoyed with Joe Gomez’s perceived time wasting and shoved the ball into the defender’s chest.
Liverpool boss Klopp immediately took offence, marching over and wagging a finger in the ball boy’s face.
The referee paused the match and officials separated the pair before the situation escalated further.
