Ragnar Klavan partners Dejan Lovren at centre-back once again with Joel Matip still suffering from a thigh problem sustained in training last week.
Joe Gomez retains his place on the right hand side of defence, while Alberto Moreno will provide overlapping width on the opposite flank.
Jordan Henderson is joined by Georginio Wijnaldum in midfield, with Philippe Coutinho set to play just ahead of them to the left.
