Brooks, 20, has impressed for the Blades in the Championship this term, earning his maiden caps for Wales in the process.
He made his full international debut on Tuesday in the draw against Panama.
And, according to the Mirror, Brooks’ performance in that game has convinced Jurgen Klopp and Mauricio Pochettino to battle for his signature.
It’s claimed the Liverpool and Tottenham bosses are locked in a £20million battle for his signature.
Brooks is under contract at Bramall Lane after signing a new four-year deal last month.

Blades boss Chris Wilder denied there is a clause in Brook’s new deal.
“There is no buy-out clause in the contract,” he said.
“It is just about time (length of the contract).”
Brooks has scored one goal and provided three assists in 17 appearances in all competitions this season.
The Blades, who have lost Paul Coutts for the rest of the season due to a broken leg, face Fulham on Tuesday (7.45pm).
