Wilshere is out of contract at Arsenal at the end of the current season.
He has been left out of Gareth Southgate’s recent squads and has not played for his country in 2017.
Wilshere has not started a Premier League game for Arsenal this term, making just two substitute appearances against Everton and Manchester City.
That was the reason Southgate gave as to why he is not in his squad for the upcoming friendlies against Germany on Friday and Brazil next Tuesday.
I want to stay at Arsenal, I’ve said that many times
But Wilshere says he has been told by manager Arsene Wenger he will be getting more chances in the league, so does not have to leave.
“I’ve said before in many interviews that I’ve just come back to full fitness, I’m happy at where I am playing-wise,” the Arsenal man told Sky Sports.
“I’m trying to get into the Premier League team and fight my way into that team.
“So at the moment I am concentrating on the now, the future will take care of itself.
