Dejan Lovren has been left out after suffering a thigh injury in the warm-up before Saturday's win against Huddersfield.
Philippe Coutinho is also out after missing the Huddersfield game with a thigh injury.
Joe Gomez is named in the bench, while Alberto Moreno has been declared fit and starts.

"We have had injuries and I think we are waiting for it to click," James Milner said ahead of the game.
