KENNY DALGLISH is hoping Liverpool can pull off a shock win against Manchester United this weekend - and Romelu Lukaku remains quiet in front of goal.
Hutchison: How Liverpool can beat Man Utd in Premier League
Liverpool welcome rivals United to Anfield on Saturday (12.30pm) with the Merseyside outfit seven points behind Jose Mourinho’s men in the table.
With United yet to lose a game this season and Liverpool conceding 12 goals in the league (10 more than United) the Manchester club are heavy favourites.
But Dalglish is confident with Philippe Coutinho and Mohamed Salah working their magic on the pitch, and Jurgen Klopp barking orders on the touchline, his former side can take maximum points.
Dalglish predicts a 2-1 Liverpool win. “I’m a wee bit biased,” he told the Daily Mail.
“Every goal we score is important if it means we get the points against them.

“He looks very exciting and has scored a few. Having Philippe Coutinho back, he’s done extremely well. We’re pleased to see him playing so well.”
Liverpool’s shaky defence will be in for a busy afternoon though with Romelu Lukaku set to lead the line.
The Belgian has scored seven goals in his last six league games and looks to be showing no sign of slowing down - despite picking up a knock on his ankle on international duty last week.

But once again Dalglish believes Lukaku could struggle to score against Liverpool having netted just five times against them when he was at Everton.
Asked about Lukaku’s threat, Dalglish chuckled: “I’ve not really noticed that.”
“Lukaku has got off to a great start, but I don’t know if he has such a good record against Liverpool.
“Let’s put his record up in front of him and keep our fingers crossed.”
