Arsenal injury news: Wenger gives updates on Welbeck, Ozil, Chambers and Walcott
ARSENAL will be without Danny Welbeck for the game against West Brom on Monday night, Arsene Wenger has confirmed.
Arsene Wenger has confirmed Danny Welbeck is out until the Watford game
Danny Welbeck went off injured in last weekend’s 0-0 draw with Chelsea and Arsene Wenger has revealed he has suffered a groin injury.
The striker, who had been in fine form for the Gunners, is set to miss Monday night’s game with West Brom but is expected to return to face Watford.
“He has a groin injury, he will be back for Watford,” Wenger said.
“After the international game, he won’t be available for England.”
Theo Walcott scored the only goal in the 1-0 win over Doncaster before going off injured

However, the Arsenal boss had positive news on the club’s other injuries parties, including Mesut Ozil who has returned to full training.
“Ozil is in training and he will come back with the team today or tomorrow,” he added.
Last night’s 1-0 win over Doncaster in the Carabao Cup also saw Theo Walcott and Calum Chambers leave the field injured.
But Wenger is not concerned and claimed both were merely minor knocks.
“He [Chambers] had a kick behind his knee at half-time. In the second half he got another kick, I don’t think it’s big,” Wenger added.
“It looks just like a kick, not more than that.
“Theo Walcott will be checked today, we don’t think it’s much.”
