Arsenal reached the fourth round of the Carabao Cup with a 1-0 victory over the League One side at the Emirates.
The Gunners made 11 changes to the side that held Chelsea to a goalless draw at Stamford Bridge last weekend.
Jack Wilshere and Reiss Nelson were handed starts for the first time this season in the third round tie.
Chambers, 22, also made his first appearance, but was forced off at half-time with a hip problem.
And Arsenal boss Wenger believes he could be out for up to two weeks.
It doesn’t look too bad, but I think he will be about again for one or two weeks
Asked about the injury after the victory, Arsene Wenger said: “Chambers is injured again on the hip.
“It doesn’t look too bad, but I think he will be about again for one or two weeks.”
Theo Walcott scored the only goal on 25 minutes after latching onto a brilliant pass from Alexis Sanchez.
But he also picked up a knock and was replaced by Alex Iwobi in the 76th minute.
However, Wenger is not as worried about the winger as he reckons he could be set for an immediate return to action.

Up next for Arsenal in the Carabao Cup is a clash with Norwich on the week commencing October 23.
