Sky Sports pundit Nicholas: Why Chelsea star Alvaro Morata is different to Diego Costa
CHELSEA striker Alvaro Morata is more “subtle” in his attacking play than Diego Costa, according to Sky Sports pundit Charlie Nicholas.

Morata joined Chelsea in July from Real Madrid for a fee that could rise to £70million.
He has been a direct replacement for Costa in the Blues’ starting XI and has scored three in his first four Premier League games.
Costa is out of the picture after being told by manager Antonio Conte he is no longer in his plans and is likely to leave in January.
Conte was vocal in his displeasure about the incomings at Chelsea in the summer but Nicholas says he should be happy, especially with Morata.
Sky Sports pundit Nicholas says Chelsea star Alvaro Morata is more subtle than Diego Costa
Alvaro Morata is just more subtle in his approach play, he goes on the shoulder.
“I’ll tell you who said it (the squad) wasn’t strong enough - the manager. Antonio Conte said it,” Nicholas said on Sky Sports.
“He wasn’t happy in the summer, he wanted things to get done. I’m thinking overall he’s got to be pleased.
“At Leicester I thought they were excellent, Morata has settled in quite nicely, he’s sharp, his movement was good.
“It’s a lovely header but he had three or four chances other than that where he could have scored.
Sky Sports pundit Nicholas says Alvaro Morata has started well at Chelsea
“It’s his movement. Diego Costa’s more aggressive, wants to fight more.
“He’s just more subtle in his approach play, he goes on the shoulder. He sussed out Leicester quite quickly, he realised he’ll compete with them.
“He wanted to be on the shoulder of the two centre-backs because he knew he had the pace, he had the movement to get in and really hurt Maguire and Morgan.”
Morata is likely to start for Chelsea in their Premier League clash against Arsenal tomorrow at Stamford Bridge (1.30pm).
