Lukaku and Rooney face their former sides this weekend after switching clubs in the transfer window.
While Lukaku has already scored six goals in a United shirt, Rooney has netted twice back at his boyhood club.
And Saha reckons the strike duo will both find the net at Old Trafford.
Speaking to Betstars, he said: “Romelu Lukaku [will score first], he has got everything.
“He’s strong and he can play in different styles. Sometimes it’s very tough, there is no space and not a lot of chances, but with Lukaku’s strength, he can hold the ball and he can create his own chances.

“He’s definitely the type of player who can still improve.

“It will be interesting to see how United handle the pressure of not having as much possession and also having more pressure placed on their defence as they haven’t been challenged yet.”
United have won all four of their league games this season but head into the clash without Paul Pogba, who suffered a hamstring injury in midweek.

Louis Saha reckons Manchester United will beat Everton
As for Everton, they were humbled 3-0 at Atalanta in the Europa League last night and boast just one Premier League win in four.
And Saha told Betstars United are firm favourites to win the clash.
“I will go for 2-1 United. Manchester United are title contenders,” he said.
“They look really strong and really composed. I really like the signing of Lukaku. I like United’s attack.”
