Liverpool News: Jurgen Klopp unhappy with Emre Can after contract demand
JURGEN KLOPP has reacted badly to Emre Can’s demand for a release clause in his new Liverpool contract, according to reports.
Liverpool want to keep Emre Can
Liverpool are struggling to convince Can to pen a new deal at Anfield.
The midfielder is into the last 10 months of his current contract and could begin talks with foreign clubs in January over a free transfer next summer.
Liverpool have offered Can a new deal but the player has so far refused to sign it.
Express Sport understands Juventus want to sign the Germany international and plan talks in the New Year.
And Italian outlet Calciomercato claim the major stand-off between Liverpool and the player is not wages.

According to the report, Can’s biggest bugbear is the lack of a release clause in Liverpool’s contract offer.
Philippe Coutinho signed a new contract at Liverpool earlier this year which didn’t have a release clause.
It meant the Reds could refuse Barcelona’s advances for the Brazilian even when the La Liga club bid as high as £118million.
Calciomercato claim Klopp is not impressed by the behaviour of Can and his representatives.
The manager has stayed faithful to the player through the uncertainty over his future.
It is claimed Klopp has demanded a definitive answer from Can over the contract offer within a few weeks.
