Arsenal Transfer News: Gunners reject £36.8m Juventus bid for Hector Bellerin - report
ARSENAL snubbed a late bid from Juventus to sign Hector Bellerin on deadline day.
Arsenal transfer news: Juventus bid for Hector Bellerin today
Arsenal have endured a frustrating transfer window after signing just two players all summer.
They have lost Gabriel and wanted to offloaded Shkodran Mustafi before a move to Inter Milan fell through.
And the Gunners had to battle to keep hold of Bellerin today, claim the Guardian.
According to the claims, Juventus made a £36.8million (€40m) bid for Bellerin this afternoon.
Juve are seeking a right-back after losing Dani Alves to PSG earlier this summer.
Bellerin has regularly been linked with Barcelona but Arsenal have always refused to sell.
They plucked the right-back from Barca back in 2013.
No further details of the bid came from the Guardian’s David Hytner, only that it was “dismissed out of hand by Arsenal”.
Héctor Bellerín scores Beckham-like bending goal
Juventus made a €40m enquiry for Hector Bellerin this afternoon. Dismissed out of hand by Arsenal. Bit of a punt from Juve. Why so late??!!

Arsenal yesterday agreed to sell Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to Liverpool in a £35million deal.
The England international was confirmed as a Reds player today, while Arsenal also failed in a £90m bid to sign Monaco’s Thomas Lemar.
