Chelsea transfer news: Antonio Conte to make last-gasp Alex Sandro bid
CHELSEA are reportedly ready to launch one final bid to try and pluck Alex Sandro from Juventus.
Alex Sandro’s INCREDIBLE tackles and assists for Juventus
Sandro has been linked with a move to Chelsea this summer, with Antonio Conte keen to improve his options at left-back and provide competition for Marcos Alonso.
Conte has been unrelenting with his pursuit of Sandro, and has already has three offers knocked back, with Juventus reluctant to let him go.
Their last bid was worth £73million, but so far Juve have managed to hold firm, despite the pressure exerted by the Blues.
And now according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato, the west London outfit will make one final bid, although it is unclear how much the offer will be for.

I think they will go out and spend. I do think that
Time is running out for the reigning Premier League champions, with the transfer window closing tomorrow (11pm).
Chelsea were tipped last week to conduct more deals before deadline day, as Shay Given said: “I think they will go out and spend. I do think that.
“He will want to go and bring his own players in. There will be not a lot of movement at Chelsea but at least two or three players to strengthen their squad.
Antonio Conte will make one final bid for Alex Sandro
“They will definitely bring in some new players before the window shuts.”
Chelsea meanwhile, missed out on another target - Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain - as Arsenal accepted a £35million bid from Liverpool for his services.
The England winger looked to be Stamford Bridge bound originally, but he was told he would have to play as a right wing-back if that were the case.
