Coutinho, 25, has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona, who are in need of a replacement for Neymar, who joined Paris Saint-Germain in a world-record deal worth £200million.
Barca have already submitted three bids for Coutinho, but all of them have been rejected.
Express Sport understands Barcelona are prepared to go as high as £138m for the Brazilian playmaker.

Klopp has insisted so far that Coutinho, who has been out of action with a virus, is not for sale.
