Liverpool Transfer News: Emre Can is not trying to force exit - Steve Nicol
LIVERPOOL midfielder Emre Can is not actively looking for a move away from the club this summer.
That is the opinion of pundit and Liverpool legend Steve Nicol.
Can’s contract at Anfield is up at the end of the season and he had been linked with a move away earlier this summer.
But Nicol is confident the Germany international will stay on Merseyside and reckons compatriot and manager Jurgen Klopp is a big influence on that.
“I don’t think he’s trying to force anything to be honest,” Nicol said on ESPN FC.

I’m pretty sure Emre Can is going to stay at Liverpool
“I’m pretty sure he’s going to stay at Liverpool.
“I think the influence of Jurgen Klopp definitely is the reason that I think he will stay.
“I think this will get done and certainly from a fans point of view, I hope Can stays.”
