The Arsenal winger is yet to agree a new contract at the Gunners with his current deal running until the end of this season.
Arsene Wenger is determined to keep hold of the England international but his uncertain future has led to interest from their Premier League rivals.
And according to the Gambling Times, Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool have all approached Arsenal to discuss his availability.
While Liverpool and City have both been linked with a move for Oxlade-Chamberlain in the past, United's supposed interest could spark another summer battle between Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte.

Mourinho has made no secret of his desire to sign another wide player before the transfer window shuts on August 31.
However, Chelsea are confident they can see off competition and prise him away from the Emirates.
With Antonio Conte a big fan of Oxlade-Chamberlain's versatility and desperate to add to his depleted squad, Chelsea will make a £35million offer plus add-ons.

The Gambling Times claim Chelsea will also increase Oxlade-Chamberlain's wages in a bid to to tempt him into leaving Arsenal.
The 24-year-old has also received interest from the likes of Monaco, Sevilla, AC Milan and Inter Milan but he would prefer to stay in London - another factor that is pushing him closer to Chelsea.
Oxlade-Chamberlain managed just two goals and seven assists in Arsenal's 2016/17 Premier League campaign as Wenger's side finished fifth.
